Responsibilities

Hires, trains, and supervises office personnel.
Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures.
Prepares complete financial statements monthly according to dealership guidelines.
Controls all posted documents including time records, vehicle deals, commissions, and inventory changes.
Maintains an effective cash management system and forecasts cash needs.
Prepares payroll, tax reports, and employee benefit payments.
Administers charge-back programs, prepares sales commission reports, and manages vehicle floor plan payoff.
Ensures compliance with government regulations and maintains confidential employment files.

Required

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
