Responsibilities
Serve as a supervising therapist and contact for our clients
Assist in the daily oversight and operations of the outpatient telehealth team
Responsible for the management of the direct care staff
Implement treatment plans
Provide supervision to clinical staff for licensure
Carry a caseload of approximately 13 hours in addition to supervisory responsibilities

Required
Master's Degree in Social Work
LICSW Independent clinical license in the state of Massachusetts - Required by time of hire
Two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services
Must provide supervision for licensure
Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
Preferred
Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
Experience in quality management preferred
