Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and coordinate construction project management schedules for all phases of construction projects.
Prepare Basis of Schedule documents and review construction design drawings and specifications.
Perform value engineering analysis, review change orders, and prepare cost estimates.
Track and analyze project costs for compliance with budget and profitability goals.
Ensure projects comply with New York City Building Codes and regulatory agencies' requirements.
Inspect project development, monitor progress, and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
Minimum two years of experience in the position offered
OSHA30 certification
