Responsibilities
Provide leadership on project management tasks under the direction of the team’s Management
Create independently or contribute to the creation of project plans, requirements, success metrics and schedules, depending on project scale
Analyze project data to identify problems, produce insights, and make recommendations
Execute on project plans by assigning work, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, creating tracking sheets, managing risks and scope changes, and documenting
Participate in ongoing projects within the team such as creation of new benchmarks, production of quarterly deliverables, and onboarding new managers to CA
Serve as a subject matter expert on CA’s private investments datasets, methodologies, and technology for colleagues, clients and other industry participants
Participate in and/or lead the onboarding, training, and support of CA colleagues and clients using our PI Technology tools
Prepare written updates and present periodically to stakeholders on progress as well as problems and solutions
Build relationships across departments to facilitate cross functional projects
Bring creative solutioning and outside the box thinking to complex challenges

Required
BA/BS required
6+ years of experience supporting projects and/or data and technology-related initiatives with increasing responsibilities over time
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with internal and external parties at all levels
Strong relationship management skills and experience influencing and ability to bring multiple groups together to agree and build consensus
Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize large volumes of information from multiple sources to identify themes and opportunities
Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize competing priorities
Ability to work cross-functionally to implement key projects, including coordination with IT to define and execute on requirements
Self-starter who works successfully both independently and in a team environment
Strong Excel skills required. SQL skills a plus
Preferred
Private investments experience is a plus
