Responsibilities
Ensure proper tools are in place before project commencement.
Assist in pre-installation meetings and review contracts.
Maintain submittal and project material log.
Attend project meetings, complete submittals, and monitor project progress.
Manage punch lists, collect close-out documents, and coordinate demobilization.
Maintain client relationships and collaborate with external parties.
Promote positive subcontractor relations and effective communication within the project team.

Required
At least 1-3 years of Construction experience
PC proficiency required
Experience with Procore Construction software
