Responsibilities
Attending project meetings
Assisting with resource scheduling, such as installation and subcontractor team coordination
Providing onsite technician support
Ensuring project quality control
Staging equipment
Assembling and reviewing project documentation
Attending onsite meetings
Assisting with invoicing & project tasks
Representing NextGen Security as the point of contact for customers
Local travel may be required

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred but not required)
Strong organizational skills
Superior problem solving and communication skills
Ability to process and apply new skills/concepts quickly
Work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams & Windows Operating Systems
Preferred
Prior internship experience within project management or related field (preferred but not required)
Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Procore, and other project management & design products (preferred but not required)
