Responsibilities
In this pivotal position, you will lead and support various program operations and projects, such as workflow mapping, documentation, compliance tracking, and more
Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to understand English both orally and in writing
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with various site managers across the US.
Identifying project requirements, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely and efficient execution of tasks
Assisting with onboarding processes, compliance tracking, and employee training
Implementing projects aimed at process improvements across various program areas
Ability to review timesheets for 50+ employees for accuracy
