Responsibilities
Review scope of work on drawings with Project Manager (PM) and create a Submittal Log.
Help create a directory of Subcontractor contact information, including emails, cell phones, etc.
Request required submissions from subcontractors, distribute to architect and engineer (A&E) for review and approval, and maintain a Submittal Log.
Attend construction meetings, take notes, and distribute updated Minutes of Meeting to team members.
Assist in preparing Change Orders, maintain a Change Order Log, and update Job Schedules as required.
Request close-out material from subcontractors, assist in job close-out, and prepare close-out material for handover to clients.

Required
Bachelors degree in the following; Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Marketing or Finance.
Good interpersonal skills and diplomacy valued.
Applicant must be a New York Metropolitan area resident.
