Responsibilities

Query, design, analyze, and manipulate transactional line of business data involving AML Transaction Monitoring Scenarios
Collaborate with AFC Modelling team on Tuning & Optimization exercises
Assist in strengthening model governance and Ongoing Performance Monitoring
Automate model performance assessments and semi automation of model component reporting
Address open AML TM findings from Model Validation, Audit, and other independent bodies

Required

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, MIS, Information Management, or Statistics
Moderate years of experience in Financial Crime space with expertise in model remediation
Proficient in financial crime compliance and AML policies
Strong knowledge of building, modifying complex queries and Python based analytics
Direct or indirect experience in Big Data and/or Data Science

Preferred

Experience in AML transaction monitoring data analysis
Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexible and able to adapt to urgent deliverable timelines
Meticulous with a strong attention to detail
Ability to interpret complex requirements and work proactively with stakeholders
