Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of clients’ goals and strategies, while handling ad-hoc client requests
Assist in inputting and tracking buys and pulling system reports
Manage the posting process by analyzing and monitoring network schedules and performances
Review billing discrepancies with buyers and resolve in a timely manner
Compile research data to help the planning teams ensure client is reaching target audience
Learn how to develop audience estimates for programming

Required
Passion for media/advertising
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail, organization skills, and multi-tasking capabilities
Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities
Ability to be flexible and be a team player
Mediabrands does not require candidates to have a college degree
Preferred
0-1 years of experience
Proficiency at Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
