Responsibilities
Manage production tasks for small market local events from beginning to end
Create vendor facing documents
Handle multiple front-of-house and back-of-house tasks on-site at events and in a virtual environment
Collaborate across the events team to research and build robust venue and vendor leads
Track and improve team efficiency and process
Support the production team with creation and design of on-screen graphics, audio tracks, and video editing
Perform relevant administrative tasks

Required
1+ years of professional event production experience
Live events experience is required
Self-starter, extremely detail oriented and organized
Outstanding written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills
Flexible with a proven ability to think critically in high pressure situations
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Positive, collaborative attitude
Competent in Microsoft Office/Google Suite & Adobe Premiere
Ability and excitement to travel regularly
Ability to work early mornings and late nights
Preferred
Virtual event experience is a plus
Experience with Adobe Full Suite products is a plus
Project management software experience is a plus (i.e. Wrike, Smartsheet, Airtable)
