Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of due diligence for the acquisition, sale, and securitization of residential loan portfolios.
Maintain accurate reporting of loan level exceptions and determine resolutions and potential cures.
Manage relationships with loan sellers and diligence vendors to ensure due diligence meets agreed upon timelines.
Support the Securitization process: finalize populations, data integrity, coordination with diligence vendors.

Required
Minimum 5 years of Mortgage Industry Experience
Bachelor’s degree
Self-Sufficient and ability to work remote within a team environment
Excel, SQL, Word
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with vendor relationships
Preferred
Minimum 7 years of Mortgage Industry Experience
