Responsibilities
Proactive and reactive communication with clients
Primarily responsible for coverage of inbound communication and handling task related work from client requests
Responsible for reviewing client websites to ensure standards are being met
Update team documents / spreadsheets required by team lead
Responsible for showing clients that Scorpion is here to help them quickly and effectively whenever they need us

Required
1+ year of marketing agency experience
A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints
Understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising
Willingness to learn new programs
Ability to work under pressure
A personable and professional character to build client rapport
The confidence to gain client trust
