Responsibilities
Collaborate with business partners, providing value-added pricing and analytics to help drive innovative and sustainable product development that generate customer and enterprise value
Assess the viability of new product initiatives with appropriate analytical rigor to support prioritization and early decision making ensuring that the business is focused on valuable opportunities
Evaluate profitability and risk profiles of viable product ideas and communicate key information to stakeholders
Make enhancements to pricing models as necessary throughout the product development process and test production model updates related to new product features as necessary
Ensure successful implementation/launch of new products/product enhancements

Required
4+ years of experience with pricing and/or Annuities products
Strong quantitative modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and create
Able to build models to assess the viability of various product, reinsurance, or other initiatives with often limited direction and/or imperfect information
Business acumen to translate quantitative analytics into insights that drive business results
Active listening skills to understand issues and effectively collaborate with business partners
Able to clearly explain complex topics to non-technical and executive audiences
Sound judgement to prioritize and where necessary find reasonable approximations to ensure time and resources are used most efficiently
Preferred
Experience with Fixed and/or Indexed Annuities is beneficial
Solid development skills, experience with Matlab and GGY is preferred
ASA or close to ASA preferred
