Responsibilities
Represent clients in court or before government agencies

Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience focusing on trucking transportation, general insurance defense, or condo association litigation
Insurance Defense Litigation: 2+ years
Trucking and Transportation Litigation: 2+ years
New York Litigation: 2+ years
New York Bar Admission - Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
