Required

Current, active license to practice law in Florida

Minimum of 2 years’ experience handling third-party coverage and bad faith matters, including drafting coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and representing insurers in coverage litigation, as well as all litigation functions related to bad faith matters

Ability to analyze sophisticated and complex factual and legal issues

Excellent legal-research, writing, and advocacy skills

Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

Proven ability to produce top quality work

A willingness to be proactive and take ownership of projects and assignments, but also be able to work within a team structure when needed
