Responsibilities
The candidate will support sex abuse and other personal injury cases, with limited oversight from other attorneys in the practice.
Responsible for all phases of personal injury litigation, with an emphasis on drafting pleadings, engaging in written discovery, taking, and defending depositions and oral motion hearings and trial.
Appear for court conferences, depositions, mediations.
Communicate with experts.
Prepare clients for depositions and trials.
Argue discovery and dispositive motions.
Maintain communication with clients and manage expectations.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to devise case strategies for optimal outcomes.
Manage assigned docket of cases.

Required
Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and in good standing.
3+ years of litigation/trial experience is required.
Have strong verbal/written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with the relevant laws in PA and NJ pertaining to personal injury claims.
Able to multi-task.
Dependable self-starter with a strong work ethic.
Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently while prioritizing numerous tasks and completing them under time constraints.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
