Responsibilities
Represent clients in diverse civil litigation matters.
Draft compelling pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.
Conduct legal research using top-tier tools like Westlaw and LexisNexis.
Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
Develop case strategies and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff.

Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in California (additional bar admissions are a plus).
2-4 years of civil litigation experience.
Exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to excel independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
Experience with commercial, business, or civil litigation cases.
Trial experience (highly desirable).
