Responsibilities

Contribute to developing comprehensive brand strategy, taking into account consumer, category and market trends.
Able to take a general management mindset and confidently present strategic, data-driven recommendations to manager and senior leadership.
Able to use syndicated, consumer and customer data to identify business insights and recommend solutions that optimize results.
Develop monthly/quarterly business reviews and ad-hoc analysis.
Manages the briefing & development of digital-first consumer communication plans in collaboration with agencies.
Serve as key collaborator in organic social media strategy, working closely with agency partners on content, calendarization, coordinating product shipments, and approvals.
Understands the business at an account/channel level and collaborates with our retail team to develop custom marketing programs to drive the business in those accounts/channels.
Ability to lead large cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, complex inputs, and time sensitive deadlines; effectively manages workload by prioritizing and multi-tasking.
Oversee the entire Evolution Fresh marketing budget to ensure we execute our annual plans with excellence while maintaining the financial targets and obligations of the business.

Required

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 1 year of brand management experience in CPG, or 2+ years consulting experience prior to MBA completion
A strong analytical mindset and ability to mine data for insights
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal communication and team working skills
Previous experience leading and working on cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior business leaders
Proven, reliable work history

Preferred

MBA preferred
Consulting background gets bonus points!
Direct experience in CPG categories is strongly preferred
Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, Nielsen, Power BI, SPINS, IRI
