Responsibilities

Executes US market programs, brand campaigns, and marketing mix.

Provides overall brand marketing support to marketing and sales teams.

Help manager brand P&L for profitable growth.

Support actions on channel strategies and create selling-in materials.

Generating commercial innovation ideas and developing product launches with cross functions.

Analyzes brand health indicators and market performance.

Help plan market research and develops concrete action plans according to results.

Supports developing product/concept communication materials to use on all consumer touch points.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in related field; MBA preferred.

2-5 yrs of experience, in consumer products marketing or sales preferred.

Demonstrated leadership ability.

Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills to work with people in diverse functional areas; excellent written and oral communication skills Project Management experience.

Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize accordingly Strong analytical skills.
