Responsibilities

New Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Spearhead lead generation initiatives and develop a robust client pipeline.
Market Expansion Strategies: Evaluate and develop strategies for market expansion.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough competitive analysis and position the company as a market leader.
Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and GTM leaders for client engagement.
Qualifying Leads: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and fit for Diversified Solutions.
Lead the Opportunities: Lead new business pursuits and develop pursuit strategies.
Proposal Development: Work on creating proposals addressing client needs and differentiating solutions.
Negotiation: Assist in securing new contracts and partnerships.
Sales Savy: Craft compelling sales pitches and presentations.
Product Knowledge: Understand AV/collaboration technology and services.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and interactions.
Achieving Sales Targets: Work towards achieving or exceeding assigned quota.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about updates and new features in collaboration tools.

Required

5+ years of business developments/sales experience
Past experience within the military and civilian agencies
Excellent communication & presentation skills with a high degree of comfort at all levels of an Organization, including executives and C-Level
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence. Proven ability to be inclusive and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, continuous learning, intellectual curiosity, and professional impact
Experience in professional networking and developing relationships with industry business development peers and key representatives of equipment manufacturers, influencers, general contractors and across our channel partners
Bachelor’s degree preferred
