Responsibilities
Engage with project leaders to effectively manage budgets, resource tasking, timelines, and risks.
Collaborate with project leaders to communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and accurately for multiple technology initiatives.
Provide key support in facilitating adherence to project processes.
Develop and review high-quality technical documentation.
Administer and streamline portfolio processes and workflows.
Ensure tasks are completed promptly and thoroughly.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Finance, or a related discipline
1+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a technical, development, or analytics role for a large organization
2+ years of advanced Microsoft Office experience
1+ years of experience creating Excel Pivot Tables for data analysis
1+ years of experience in creating SharePoint Apps
1+ years of experience in creating SharePoint Power Automate Flows for communications, approvals, and operations
1+ years of experience using project management enterprise software (e.g., Clarity, Open Workbench, Microsoft Project)
1+ years of experience in creating and analyzing financial reports to track budgets and costs
1+ years of experience in creating and updating Microsoft Access queries, reports, and macros
Preferred
2+ years of experience using project management enterprise software (e.g., Clarity, Open Workbench, Microsoft Project)
2+ years of experience writing, proofreading, and clarifying technical work in a mid-to-large-sized company
2+ years of experience in creating and analyzing financial reports to track budgets and costs
1+ years of experience in change management
