Responsibilities

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various corporate agreements, including NDAs, software licenses and SaaS arrangements, employment and other professional service agreements, supply and procurement agreements, real property leases and agreements, and joint development, distribution, and outsourcing arrangements.

Conduct legal research on relevant corporate law, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards.

Support senior legal counsel in managing mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and financing transactions, and other strategic initiatives.

Assist with the preparation and maintenance of corporate documents, including board minutes, resolutions, and filings with regulatory bodies.

Collaborate with members of the PAR Legal Team and other functional areas to achieve organizational objectives.

Actively participate in Legal and/or cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Ensure compliance with corporate governance laws and regulations.

Identify and mitigate risks (legal, operational, reputational and others).

Execute in a fast-past and dynamic work environment.

Strong drafting skills.

Critical thinking, sound judgement, and analytical problem-solving skills.

First-rate oral and written communication skills.

Extremely well organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.

A self-starter, who is accountable for his or her decisions and work product.
