Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of clients' business and needs

Guide the creation, use, and management of design systems

Design and oversee the creation of user interfaces and prototype functionality

Create components for shared Figma design system libraries

Lead the development of visual styling of components meeting accessibility standards

Mentor and manage the career development of junior team members

Inform project scoping and creative team allocations

Work closely with other team members (copy, UX, development, etc.)

Plan and facilitate brainstorming sessions

Ensure WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards and usability best practices are followed
