Required
Experience in a creative leadership role within a healthcare/pharma advertising agency or similar environment
Experience leading and managing a team of copywriters and art directors
Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills
Ability to develop and present creative concepts to clients
Experience working on a variety of communication projects across different media
Understanding of design, copy, and user experience (UX) principles
Ability to ensure that design, copy, and UX align with strategic insights
Ability to collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and strategists
