Responsibilities
Team Building & Optimization: Establish and lead a team that sets the industry standard for creativity and effectiveness.
Innovation & Leadership: Drive the creation and execution of projects that generate buzz and enhance brand visibility for our clients.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate across departments to develop and implement strategies that showcase our clients’ products/services and broaden their brand voices.
Content Creation & Oversight: Guide the production of engaging content that stays ahead of trends and cultural conversations, ensuring our clients' relevance.
Production Execution & Management: Oversee the end-to-end production process for all shoots, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and the highest quality standards. This includes managing external vendors and production partners as needed, coordinating shoots, and ensuring that all assets align with the creative vision and brand guidelines. Additionally, lead internal production efforts to create high-quality photo and video content, leveraging in-house resources and talent to produce compelling visual assets.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with teams across Creative, Account & Communication, Media, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and strategic approach to marketing.

Required
2+ years of experience in social creative roles, preferably within a major brand or leading agency.
Proven track record of developing and leading impactful social media strategies and creative campaigns.
Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing dynamic creative teams.
Deep understanding of 360 marketing, with demonstrated ability to leverage each for maximum brand impact.
Preferred
Experience with real-time social media engagement and content creation in response to cultural trends.
Familiarity with the latest digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as emerging social media trends.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across diverse teams.
Experience in implementing new processes and systems to streamline workflow, enhance productivity, and improve overall efficiency. Proven ability to assess existing operations, identify areas for improvement, and execute strategies that optimize creative and production workflows.
