Responsibilities
Lead the creative team in developing and producing campaigns across various media, including digital, video, and social content.
Set the bar for creative excellence, coaching and mentoring the team to consistently exceed expectations.
Create innovative, customer-centric design solutions that drive campaign success.
Act as the hands-on conceptual lead for diverse client deliverables, balancing design and copy seamlessly.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delegating and overseeing the creative process to achieve client goals.
Collaborate with project management, account service, media, and production teams to ensure projects stay on track, on time, and within budget.
Step in to quickly produce high-quality headlines when needed to support creative teams.

Required
7+ years of professional creative experience, preferably within an agency environment.
Strong understanding of design principles and creative theory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A compelling portfolio that showcases a wide range of conceptual and campaign work (broadcast experience is a plus).
Ability to present and sell creative concepts effectively to both internal teams and clients.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
Experience giving and receiving constructive feedback in a positive, growth-focused manner.
Preferred
A strong eye for detail and the ability to manage day-to-day changes with a solutions-oriented mindset.
