Responsibilities
Responsible for all commercial data management activities around all commercial data sources (i.e. IMS, Symphony, specialty pharmacy, etc.)
Oversee data aggregation strategy for Flexion in establishing most prompt and accurate aggregation model.
Maintain optimal customer and brand data models that allow for simple and efficient analytics which allow leadership team to make quick strategic business decisions.
Proactively communicate impacts to data models due to changes in marketplace, data vendors, or internal enhancements across all stakeholders.
Partner with technical teams to ensure infrastructure supports data model requirements and provide guidance for necessary enhancements to meet brand needs.
Continuously refine and improve reports and data visualization to support commercial effectiveness and decision-making.
Determine optimal sales data sources and ensure data integrity by acting as principal contact for the purchase, warehousing, and development/distribution of field sales reports by the commercial group.
Design special reports and conduct ad hoc analyses as needed to monitor commercial effectiveness/impact and identify areas of possible course correction and trouble shooting.
Supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel; and other related work as required.
Hire, direct and supervise outside consultants and other third-party contacts as necessary.
Manage budget, contracts, and vendors for data assets used by the business.
Interface with leadership team, compliance, marketing, finance, IT, HR and alliance partners.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree required.
7-10 years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech reporting, operations, and technical experience.
Minimum of 5 years running a data management function within a buy and bill product.
Data Analysis experience.
Extreme attention to detail and process optimization a must.
Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills.
