Responsibilities

Lead a team of Business Intelligence professionals to ideate and deliver solutions that accelerate the business' ability to gain insights from data efficiently via self-service

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business processes and identify data leveraging opportunities

Optimize and manage current BI solutions while defining and delivering new capabilities in BI

Strengthen end user support capabilities

Champion technical and functional initiatives working closely with project managers, data engineering, data governance teams, and architects

Focus on continuous development of team members through staff development, coaching, and mentoring

Ensure the overall effectiveness of program and project methodologies incorporating data management/reporting

Required

A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, computer science, data science, information science or related field, or equivalent work experience

At least 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics and Data Management, with at least 5 years of team management experience, utilizing industry tools with a strong preference for PowerBI, Microstrategy and Databricks on Azure

Must demonstrate an ability to establish strong business partnerships and build rapport with colleagues at all levels, uncover business or technical issues, and drive to resolution.

Must possess strong curiosity and analytical/problem-solving skills.

Experience in the retail, wholesale, CPG or comparative industry a strong plus

Strong communication and influence skills
