Lead a therapy-focused team to support data needs of various departments.
Establish Data Strategy and implement Data Models for launch products.
Partner with Brand leaders to develop solutions and execute acquisition of data assets.
Ensure data quality, privacy, and protection in compliance with regulations.
Drive annual functional planning efforts and manage data contracts with vendors.

Required
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience. MBA preferred
Proven leadership in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry. Understanding of analytical and insight generation approaches in the biopharma industry including descriptive and predictive analytics, business intelligence and reporting, primary market research and competitive intelligence.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work with diverse teams across organizational lines and structures and negotiate with stakeholders.
Broad knowledge of secondary pharmaceutical data sources such as Retail & Non-Retail data, Medical & Pharmacy Claims, EMR, Lab Test/Diagnostics, Chart Audits, Patient Hub & Specialty Pharmacy Data, 852/867 EDI and Health System/Payer - Plan hierarchies. Operational experience with Specialty Pharmacy data and data aggregation.
Proficiency in data manipulation and analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, SAS, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Spotfire with familiarity of emerging Analytics / Data Science capabilities (AI, ML, LLM).
Understanding of industry data use cases including patient journey analysis, performance management, targeting, market sizing & segmentation, customer affiliation, field alignment, and incentive compensation.
Exposure to therapeutic areas, preferably Neuroscience.
Awareness of healthcare related regulations and their impacts on pharmaceutical data.
Experience with creating and presenting Business Cases and documenting business rules and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Ability to draw inferences from disparate pieces of data, identify key findings, link to implications, and provide recommendations in a digestible and business-friendly format.
Experience managing contracts and vendors as well as familiarity with procurement processes and tools such as Ariba and SAP.

Experience with therapeutic areas, preferably Neuroscience.
