Responsibilities

Strategic Growth Leadership: Define and implement strategies to expand our digital transformation portfolio. Leverage partnerships, PaaS/SaaS/cloud-hyperscaler alliances, and startup ecosystems to develop new client relationships. Represent the company at key industry events to foster growth.
New Business Acquisition: Identify and secure new clients to enhance our market presence among top U.S. enterprises.
Market Development & Thought Leadership: Develop and prioritize digital service offerings to drive business growth while contributing to thought leadership initiatives.
Portfolio Expansion: Collaborate with business units to evolve digital consulting offerings, including customer experience, supply chain, eCommerce, and marketing technology.
Cross-functional Partnership: Work closely with delivery, technology, and sales teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful delivery of digital services.

Required

15+ years in sales and growth within digital services, with a significant focus on the U.S. market.
Proven track record in developing strategic alliances, growing client portfolios, and acquiring Fortune 100-500 clients.
Extensive experience in digital transformation strategies, including PaaS/SaaS, cloud-hyperscaler partnerships, and industry trends.
Strong background in delivery, technology, and sales, with the ability to align solutions to business needs.
Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and excellent communication skills.
