Responsibilities
Lead consulting teams and act as the SME for core applications and sub-modules.
Develop comprehensive project plans detailing tasks to advance the current Facets configuration architecture to an optimized future state.
Apply best practice configuration methods, assess underutilized sub-modules, and provide measurable metrics regarding configuration strategies.
Conduct requirements discovery sessions and lead design sessions to determine the optimal design and configuration of applications within Facets.
Consult with customers to design and recommend suitable solution architectures, manage mid- to large-sized projects, and guide product specialists.
Understand the technical and functional ecosystem, analyze customer requirements, and address challenges from both IT and business process perspectives.
Provide informed recommendations related to product implementation, platform identification, architectural suitability, gap analysis, customization/bolt-on development and integration, and product maintenance.
Lead the Proof of Concept for business capability rationalization.

Required
Minimum of 15 years of healthcare experience, with at least 10 years specifically related to Facets implementation in a leadership capacity.
Substantial experience with Benefits, Providers, Enrollment, and Claims.
Advanced analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to interpret application configurations.
Strong understanding of Facets data models.
Clear articulation of issues, both verbally and in writing, and the presentation of alternative solutions.
Experience with the product Health Plan Maintenance System is beneficial.
Exceptional general consulting capabilities and expertise in Facets application skills, enabling effective collaboration with the client’s technical team.
Preferred
Experience with claims root cause analysis, benefits cost shares, Utilization Management, Coordination of Benefits, and provider and member matching issues.
Ability to liaise effectively with both business and technical groups.
Transfer Facets application knowledge to customer staff members.
