Responsibilities
Collaborating with clients to understand their learning needs and deliver tailored strategies and instructional materials
Recommending instructional design models and approaches to meet diverse learning objectives
Partnering with cross-functional teams to design and execute learning strategies with measurable impact
Providing guidance and mentorship to internal teams on strategic planning and execution
Contributing to agency-wide initiatives and innovative solutions
Staying updated on learning and development trends, innovations, and technologies

Required
6-8 years of industry expertise
At least 3 years in learning and development design, curriculum design, or instructional design
Proficiency in learning management systems and tools
Track record of shaping various instructional projects
Strong writing and editing skills for instructional video and interactive learning materials
Creative problem-solving aptitude
Diplomatic communication style
Previous experience in an Agency or Management Consultant role
Preferred
Experience in script development
Stakeholder engagement experience
Experience in problem-solving in uncharted territories
Experience collaborating with clients to understand their learning needs
Experience recommending instructional design models and approaches
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to design and execute learning strategies
Experience providing guidance and mentorship to internal teams
Experience contributing to agency-wide initiatives and innovative solutions
