Responsibilities

Responsible for understanding customer insights and internal/external factors impacting businesses, conducting online sales forecasting, and creating end-to-end strategies for business growth.

Collaborating with various teams to define sales strategy, positioning, promotions, and messaging, while being accountable for financial analysis and revenue attainment.

Developing short and long-term marketing plans, providing training to employees, and contributing to decision-making processes regarding hiring and promotions.

Focusing on the customer journey, team culture, and building high-performing teams based on trust, mutual respect, and continuous learning.
