Responsibilities
Perform role of project leader for design and construction of major water and wastewater projects
Reviews design plans and specifications for completeness and accuracy.
Maintains project records including correspondence, reports, design documents, schedule and project cost updates.
Participates in project design review meetings and in construction progress meetings.
Manage construction project delivery with focus on project schedule and cost control.
Coordinates project impacts with Operations and assists with tie-ins and facility shutdowns.
Manages completion of project including start-up, testing, and commissioning and review of final record drawings.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field received from an accredited college or university.
Experience utilizing engineering design and project management software.
Requires a valid Texas Driver’s License.
Preferred
Prior experience or familiarity with scheduling, modeling software, and design software platforms such as Autocad.
