Responsibilities

Builds a strong understanding of Parallon revenue cycle operations, including business processes, tools, and technologies.

Prepares and produces month-end and ad-hoc reports for internal and external use.

Promotes efficiency and repeatability of reporting and analytical tasks, including documentation and automation as appropriate.

Communicates regularly with Shared Service Center and other field executives to ensure smooth data collection and reporting processes.

Coordinates work with other analysts to ensure flexibility in meeting Parallon’s reporting needs.

Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.

Minimal travel may be required.

Other duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Minimum 0-1 years relevant experience.

Preferred

Healthcare Revenue Cycle/SSC experience preferred.
