Responsibilities

Support Finance functions, working in Salesforce, Zuora, and other integrated financial tools

Be the primary contact person for the Quote-to-Cash process, processing accurate orders and amendments

Maintain monthly ARR reporting for accuracy, researching discrepancies and errors

Work closely with internal sales, support users, and cross-functional teams on various financial projects

Follow the opportunity closing process to generate and review orders accurately and on time

Act as the primary point of contact for Sales and Customer Success regarding order inquiries

Collaborate with stakeholders to document and enhance current order systems processes

Learn and optimize SaaS reporting metrics for ARR and reconcile monthly ARR data by investigating discrepancies from Salesforce

Perform manual billing operations as needed

Contribute to month-end billing tasks

Participate in ad-hoc data projects to maintain data integrity and accuracy in the billing system

Assist with monthly consolidated billing for corporate partners and build trusting relationships with them

Assist Controller in semi-annual audit needs

Cross-train in billing and collections aspect of the team

Required

2-3 years of relevant experience in SaaS billing, support, or a related field

Salesforce experience is required

Comfortable working in quote to cash systems and capable of operating within Zuora, Salesforce, Excel, Stripe, Avalara, and other integrated financial tools

Ability to execute repetitive tasks with the utmost attention to detail

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an investigative mindset to uncover issues with account and order history

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, along with the ability to effectively communicate across cross-functional teams

Must be able to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail
