Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, SaaS contracts, partnership agreements, and NDAs.

Advise on legal risks and implications associated with business strategies and initiatives.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Conduct legal research and provide guidance on complex legal issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic goals.

Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes and templates.

Support the General Counsel in managing corporate governance matters, as needed.
