Responsibilities

Work with interdisciplinary team members to manage and close transactions;

Work with investors, internal departments and leaders to manage security-related transactions and build mature business process for managing investor and securities matters

Create and manage business process and workflows for corporate recordkeeping and help implement process for the company as it grows

Support legal team on contract management and matters

Develop and implement plans for the management of improved controls including for public company readiness and ESG reporting
