Responsibilities
Represent clients in removal defense cases before immigration courts, including preparation for hearings and trials.
Handle family-based petitions , such as applications for permanent residence (green cards), waivers, and consular processing.
Conduct client interviews, develop case strategies, and prepare immigration filings.
Collaborate with other attorneys on complex cases.
Research legal issues, write briefs, motions, and prepare legal memoranda.
Maintain regular client communication and manage case deadlines.
Qualification

Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Admission to the bar in any U.S. state.
1-3 years of experience in immigration law required (experience in removal defense and family-based immigration is required).
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Immigration law: 1 year (required)
Preferred
Fluency in a second language preferred (fluency in at least one of the following languages preferred: Vietnamese, Mandarin, Spanish, Arabic)
