Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, directs, and controls all costs of installation and subcontracting for assigned projects.
Performs risk assessment analysis and develops project execution plans.
Maintains allocation of costs to financial reporting systems and communicates project status to management.
Provides detailed scope of work and instructions to installers and subcontractors.
Coordinates equipment start-up and ensures job completion documentation.
Develops and maintains relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors.
Provides feedback to various departments regarding product and process quality issues.

Required
Associates degree in Engineering or Construction Management strongly preferred. In lieu of a degree, a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of work experience including a minimum of 5 years of technical repair and install and proven performance and skill progression including planning, installation and coordination of resources. Certification from a professionally recognized entity (ex. PMP) may be considered toward experience requirement.
Project management experience strongly preferred; Project Management certification, such as a PMP, preferred
Strong problem solver. Exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including communication, networking, relationship-building, negotiation, and building influence.
Executive presence; ability to interact and influence executive level hospital groups in presentations, issue resolution, etc.
Demonstrated financial acumen with the ability to develop and analyze financial data.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, and fluid environment.
Creative and strategic thinker who enjoys brainstorming with colleagues and partners.
Acts as a team player.
Computer skills – experience with Microsoft applications, project management tools, internet, intranet, and business reporting tools.
Must be able to be compliant with hospital/customer credentialing requirements.
Ability to travel a minimum of 25% of time, including nights and some weekends.
