Responsibilities
Provide technical support to the end user
Provide troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair for end user systems
Collect information through constructive customer conversation

Required
Experience with call center techniques
Competency in call center tracking tools
Prior experience supporting customers in the use of application software.
Proficiency in using support software tools.
Mobile device support experience
Apple product support experience
Strong understanding of HCA security-related procedures.
Understanding of Healthcare technology industry
Basic network troubleshooting and support experience
General desktop support experience
Position required high speed internet 25 MB Download and 15 MB Upload, No WiFi
