Responsibilities

Direct management of remote Portfolio Administration team

Maintain (and develop as needed) standardized policies and procedures for both usage payments

Train and develop Usage Portfolio Administrators

Communicate and implement any policy or procedure changes

Measure and report metrics for the functional group

Assist in developing and implementing new products and services

Resolve conflict and address escalated issues

Evaluate the performance of employees based on established performance parameters

Coach and develop direct reports

Subordinate compliance with company policy and corrective actions

Partner with IT on projects that build automation into process for team

Represent Flex Financial on any Stryker projects that may impact consumable purchase tracking ability

Submit periodic reports on assigned topics to leadership

Required

Must be able to write detailed policies along with specific work instructions

Must have experience with change management

Must be able to analyze and resolve non-routine issues using independent judgment

Must be able to set direction and lead others

Must be able to handle difficult situations and resolve conflict

Must be willing to assist with developing tools and trainings that create capacity

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline

Minimum 6 years professional work experience
