Responsibilities
Analyze trends in international businesses, focusing on Latin America, and provide detailed insights for senior management
Lead strategic and financial business planning for Latin America operations
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and develop innovative approaches
Lead diligence and assessment of opportunities across the region
Produce major stakeholders' deliverables and portfolio level presentations
Develop budget and forecast models, monitor business performance
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and turn data into meaningful insights
Develop business narrative for the region and support strategic initiatives and M&A

Required
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, or economics preferred.
3 to 5 years of experience with a focus preferably on: Financial planning & analysis / insurance and retirement industries / emerging markets / capital management / corporate development and strategy / management consulting.
Strong aptitude for proactive problem solving.
Proven analytical capabilities, including the ability to develop deep insights and deliver resulting messages to leaders to inform decisions.
Proficiency in project management, prioritization, and time management / ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to partner effectively with all levels including business unit senior management
Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment and communicate issues in a clear, succinct manner to peers and senior executives
Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills
Advanced Financial Modeling, Excel, and Power Point skills, Power BI skills
Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese a plus
Minimal travel expected
Preferred
