Responsibilities

Work with various departments across the enterprise to develop eSignature documents, internal web applications, workflows, and operational solutions using traditional and cloud technologies.
Develop and configure programs, scripts and objects that are efficient, well structured, maintainable & easy to understand.
Utilize process intelligence and workflow automation, currently Nintex, to design and develop automation workflows that meet departmental business process needs.
Develop workflows that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
Design and develop simple databases to facilitate efficient and cost-effective solutions and processes within bank operations.
Prepare and maintain various Excel or Sheets files, software tasks, and project requests in support of any IAS Department or frontline associate.
Assess new software and emerging technologies and deliver findings to the team, and stakeholders.
Support the development of high-quality solutions, throughout all phases of the development life cycle, using emerging technologies and frameworks, primarily targeting cloud-based ecosystems.
Own low complexity projects by reviewing requirements and technical documentation, estimating effort, and building and testing solutions.
Prepare documentation for operational solutions, including supporting documentation, under the guidance of senior team members.
Develop flowcharts and wireframes to show processing logic and content layout.
Provide troubleshooting and technical and operational support.
Participate in support rotations, as needed.
Develop an understanding of the infrastructure, and all applicable processes and procedures.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies; Daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint retrospectives. Manage the Sprint Backlog, inspect and adapt through a daily scrum. Contribute to the sprint goals.
Organize and plan how to accomplish work at an agreed upon high level of quality.
Coordinate multiple and changing priorities while driving and maintaining quality.
Share knowledge effectively and support the team by ensuring all project deliverables meet quality standards.
Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field or relevant work or military experience.
Understanding and awareness of the following: Basic development practices (SDLC, IDE, source control, and testing)
Programming languages or Scripting tools (Terraform, Python, VBA, JavaScript, and C#)
Enterprise Operating Systems (Windows Server, Linux)
Product features of Microsoft Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
Databases and coding language (SQL Server, Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB)
Sound written and oral communication skills.
Ability to build and sustain relationships with your own team and outside stakeholders through effective collaboration and reliability.
Demonstrates analytical, critical thinking, and unstructured problem-solving abilities.
Willing to adapt to changing circumstances, transition between projects or initiatives, and function in complex, fast-paced environments while maintaining composure under pressure.
Fundamental software development skills.
Introductory knowledge of Agile principles, values, and methodology (Scrum, XP, Lean, SAFe).
Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
