Responsibilities
Help identify and research guests to get them booked with the client.
Write show notes, email drafts, and social media copy for podcast episodes.
Coordinate with A/V and Graphic Design teams to create assets for podcast episodes.
Manage the timeline and stay on track with contract deliverables.
Organize documents and assign tasks related to the projects.
Coordinate episode production with lead producers.

Required
Flexibility and excitement to learn new things
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and still meet deadlines.
High level of attention to detail.
Achieved at least an Associates Degree.
Project management: 1 year (required)
Preferred
1-2 years in project management preferred.
Any podcast experience is preferred.
Podcasting: 1 year (preferred)
Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
