Responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis to deeply understand customers' industries to surface the most critical problems and struggles they face every day.

Collaborate with product and senior leadership to contribute and align on the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Be obsessed with learning everything about our customers to understand their needs and to be able to identify critical functionality.

Work closely with development team and designers to deliver to the product vision.

Partner with sales, customer success, and marketing to plan launches and ensure ongoing product success.

Provide guidance to our content managers in creating engaging content for our customers.

Contribute to the roadmap, balancing the needs of our customers with those of the business and clearly communicate the rationale behind your decisions.

Document the solution and ensure that information provided in the documentation is correct, complete and presented in the most appropriate manner.

Required

1+ years of product management experience with an enterprise software or SaaS company.

Prior background working in a startup environment.

Prior experience building, defending, and implementing business cases and product strategy.

Domain experience in one or more of the following: CAD, BIM, Construction takeoff/estimating.

Proven ability to drive alignment, influence, and successful cross-functional execution.

Data-driven approach with a philosophy of continuous improvement.

An insatiable level of curiosity and a constant learner.

Team player who is comfortable challenging assumptions, giving critical feedback and driving consensus in the interest of achieving the best outcome for the customer.

Being comfortable with juggling multiple priorities for different stakeholders while delivering what's most valuable to our customers.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
