Responsibilities

Gathers understanding of business and product areas, relevant data, and user needs

Supports product roadmap development and management

Assists in product planning, prioritization, and development

Supports product launches, identifies issues, and assists in developing product documentation

Operates by resolving user issues, monitoring metrics, and driving continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)

3 years of experience in product management, project management, business analysis, program management, product marketing, or related field

Strong writing ability

Preferred

Master’s Degree in a related field

1 year of experience in product design and/or product management

Experience in the Financial Services industry

Strong business and financial acumen
