Responsibilities

Implement data driven decisions to lead product innovations and updates

Have ownership of the hardware roadmap for both design and firmware improvements

Review and keep up to date with best practices in field for comparable devices

Enhance & increase use-cases

Work with Hardware, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, IT, Operations, EPMO, BI, and other cross-functional departments as needed to support Go-lives, product roll-outs and day-to-day issues

Be responsible for triaging issues through to resolution

Submit JIRA stories with approval from Senior Product Manager/Product Category Lead

Work with Senior Product Manager/Product Category Lead on customer marketing and internal communication

Cultivate vendor relationships and help to ensure vendor invoices are accurate, submitted by the deadline, and that billing cycles are up-to-date

Assist with beta trials for new products and features

Assist RFP team with product information and technical details

Assist with go-to-market strategies

Ensure established processes are followed

Analyze data to determine optimal strategy and generate marketing ideas to drive revenue, transactions, and margins

Responsible for ensuring that all Electronic Monitoring hardware devices are in compliance with Agency Guidelines

Perform duties/projects as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of 3 years of experience in hardware device production especially with GPS, device development

Have worked with physical device manufacturing & have a proven track record bringing new devices to market

Have knowledge and experience with GPS, RF, Cellular and IoT technology

Have experience with sobriety measuring devices (handheld and transdermal)

Understand how to read CAD/ 3D mockup and design documents

Ability to use statistical methods of analysis on large scale data to identify key trends and fuel product improvement

Collaborative, outspoken, and driven

Creative regarding product innovation to create in-demand products

Strong technical skills and ability to learn and use software quickly

Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills; able to develop and use structured approaches to identify root causes and recommend resolutions; can present results in a meaningful way

Strong leadership skills including mentoring and working with operational teams

Works well in a team and exercises independence in performance of responsibilities and work towards targeted goals

Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment

Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences at various levels within the organization

Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or business management-related field

Have experience developing, deploying, and implementing commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) comprehensive information technology solutions for large supervision, probation, and parole agencies

Demonstrated supervisory and leadership experience

Cellular & IoT architecture knowledge

Ability to evaluate current processes and operations to determine ways to increase productivity and efficiency
