Responsibilities
Craft engaging and informative product marketing content that resonates with target audiences, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and product brochures.
Create visually compelling presentations for internal teams, customers, and partners, showcasing product features, benefits, and value.
Collaborate with the broader marketing team on the strategy and execution for our content, webinar, and events calendar.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand their needs and provide tailored marketing support.
Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, training demos, brochures, case studies, and other marketing collateral to aid the sales process.
Create customer-facing content that drives product adoption and helps customers maximize value from our offerings.
Conduct market research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Help analyze market opportunities and use insights to inform product positioning and messaging strategies.
Collect team feedback to continually optimize our marketing strategy and ensure our products are positioned effectively in the market and resonate with our target audience.
Manage a variety of projects simultaneously to support our product go-to-market launches and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, on-time execution of product launches and marketing initiatives.
Be the ambassador of our brand standards, ensuring materials are up to date with the latest brand guidelines and effectively communicating product value propositions.
Manage the organization of our marketing and sales material hub.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in product marketing or marketing for a technology company, management consulting firm, or agency. Experience in marketing for health tech or the healthcare industry is a plus.
Proven experience in content development, presentation, and marketing asset design, with a portfolio of work demonstrating your ability to create compelling marketing materials.
Experience with customer, market, and competitive research to inform marketing strategy and sales enablement.
Proven ability for working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Expertise in PowerPoint presentation design is required and experience with marketing design tools such as Adobe InDesign is a plus.
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and persuasive messaging.
Experience supporting sales teams with impactful presentations, tools, and enablement strategies.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while being proactive and detail-oriented.
Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a collaborative team.
Experience structuring and solving problems, and gathering stakeholder alignment.
Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
Ability to lift 10 lbs. weight.
Preferred
Experience in marketing for health tech or the healthcare industry is a plus.
Experience with marketing design tools such as Adobe InDesign is a plus.
